Easter 5 (May 3) You are a holy priesthood

We are strangers on earth.
It must have looked strange for Israel’s priests to be offering up sacrifices in a barren desert wilderness. Similarly, it might seem strange for God to arrange holy priests all over the place to offer up sacrifices in this modern bleak world. But God does. And Christian people are those priests.
