Easter 7/ Ascension (June 1) He ascended into heaven

“I believe in Jesus Christ…he ascended into heaven.” Jesus’ ascension was a major step in his exaltation by God. His ascension remains a major article of our faith. This Sunday we dive into the importance of the ascension for our faith and life. As we do so, we pray that Jesus lifts our spirits and our sights to him in heaven.
