Epiphany 8 (March 2) Don’t hold God’s grace against him

“The Lord is the compassionate and gracious God, slow to anger, and abounding in love.”
That was the Lord’s description of himself to Moses. The missionary and prophet Jonah knew these words well. Surprisingly, he used them against the Lord. How could anyone do that?
