Lent 4 (March 15) Lent opposites: dark and light

The church season of Lent presents us with opposites that affect our entire existence.
Dark and light are opposites. Sinners doing the deeds of darkness can try to hide in the shadows, but the spotlight of God’s truth exposes everything done in the dark. Christ came to shine on sinners with God’s grace and forgiveness. The light of his love shows us a new kind of life to live.
