New Year’s Eve (Dec. 31) Remember your Creator

New Year’s Eve and clocks go hand in hand. The ball drops toward twelve. Party horns blow at midnight. Cheers ring in the first few ticks of the new year.
God’s Word in the book of Ecclesiastes sobers the celebrating by checking the clock. It is indeed ticking, and it’s a constant reminder that time is running out. Before it does, remember your Creator.
