Sunday of the Passion (March 29) Lent opposites: humiliation and exaltation

The church season of Lent presents us with opposites that affect our entire existence.
Humiliation and exaltation are opposites. Humiliation is what Christ did to himself. Exaltation is what God did to him. Christ’s humiliation and exaltation are our salvation. They also inspire us to have the same attitude that Christ had.
