Trinity 1 (June 22) Fearing the Lord is the beginning of wisdom

How do we keep young adults from leaving the church? That question has been asked recently more than once.
The book of Proverbs is addressed to young people. It has many words of wisdom for them. Plus, Proverbs promises additional wisdom to anyone of any age who takes the time to listen to its words, think them over, and put them into practice. The book’s opening message is: fearing the Lord is the beginning of wisdom.
